H. Dietrich Brinkmeyer

The author spent his youth along the banks of the two rivers - the Mississippi and the Ohio.

After high school, World War II took him to Calcutta, India, where he met and married a good looking nurse also in the service.

After traveling a bit courtesy his rich uncle - the two finally settled in Woodland, Washington and raised four kids, eleven grandkids and eight great-grandkids - so far. After trying almost everything the author has decided to try to "Better the World."

The first two books he wrote, ‘BOUT THEM ANGELS and MISSISSIPPI MUD, are message books, understanding that a message needs a good story to carry it.

His third book, WHY I BELIEVE IN GOD BY JOHN DOE, is non-fiction and summarizes a world of experiences that lead to a complete belief in God.
